Hey, fabulous souls! I'm Genitu, the proud founder of Tausii. Originally born in Ethiopia, I raised by a single mom who worked very hard to provide for my sibling and I. She instilled in us to work hard for whatever we want in life and focus on Allah (S.W.T.) I relocated to Calgary in 2015 and that's where it all began. My journey wasn't easy but while adjusting to this new life I found it hard to find clothing that was both modest and fashionable. That experience was the spark for this venture. I wanted to make it easy for every Muslim women out there facing the same dilemma because everyone deserves to feel confident and stylish in their modest wear. It's not just about the clothes my goal to provide a balance between modesty and modern fashion. I firmly believe that high-quality elegant clothing should be accessible to all. Every piece in our collection tells a story of cultural richness and modern flair. Tausii means elegance, empowerment and giving back.
